SPRING LAKESHORE REC 2025
*REGISTRATION COMING THIS FEBRUARY*
Our Lakeshore Rec program provides an opportunity for new, beginner & intermediate level players to learn and develop lacrosse skills in a team setting. Players learn fundamental skills, rules, and team concepts and then play in house-league games. The goal of gameplay is to provide a setting to rep skills and concepts learned in practice during a live play.
Our Spring Rec program offers teams that practice out of 3 locations - Oak Brook, Chicago & Northbrook!
Teams will practice 1x or 2x a week depending on the skill level and then play in a house-league every
Sunday afternoon at Oak Brook Park District.
ORANGE TEAMS: For new & beginner players
Practice 1x / week & play in Sunday league
BLUE TEAMS: For intermediate level players
Practice 2x / week & play in Sunday leauge
*Blue teams are formed from tryouts which will be held this February!
Practice days & times are specific to each location - see below!
*Northbrook teams practice and play at one location
