Elite Training

Lakeshore Elite Training provides dedicated female athletes with a unique and dynamic approach to the sport of lacrosse taught by our coaches who have extensive playing or coaching experience at the D1, D2 or D3 level.

Lakeshore training’s curriculum is designed specifically for each player to help them improve their level of play. Training sessions are taught by our high level Lakeshore coaching staff. Each session is one hour.

Training Goals:

  • Help players improve their mechanics and develop field sense.

  • Work on enhancing players’ strengths and minimizing their weaknesses.

  • Develop a plan to set realistic goals for each player. The plan will also include giving players extra work outside of training and advising them on the lacrosse opportunities that will best help them achieve their goals.

  • Teach the advanced skills of the game in a high pace, hype atmosphere.

  • High reps, high intensity- all for the young female athlete who is looking to elevate her game.

 
 

Private & Small Group Lessons

This training is more tailored to the specific needs of the athlete. Can be 1 player, 2 players or 3+ players. High School team training is also available.

Box Indoor Winter Training

Box Training is an indoor type of lacrosse played in a rink like arena. Box skills emphasis 2 man games, picks, rolls, improved stick skills and quick thinking/ improved lax IQ.

Come out and improve your skills in a fast paced, physical environment this Winter with us!

Amplify Elite Winter Training

Open to any and all players who feel they are advanced skill wise. This training will highlight advanced skill work for all positions. College coaches will be invited to attend and work with players throughout the sessions to create an educational, but recruiting type atmosphere. Limited number of spots due to field space limitations.

CommitLax

Calling all Committed college-bound lacrosse athletes!
This training is geared toward players who are already committed to play at the collegiate level or players who are on the path to do so. Training will be based around a typical college lacrosse summer workout packet. Sessions will be held 2x per week and will run for approximately 8 weeks. This training is open to rising Juniors & Seniors in HS, rising college freshmen and current college lacrosse players.
