Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association

IGLA promotes and educates girls in the skill, knowledge, sportsmanship and love of lacrosse. IGLA provides all girls the opportunity to learn and play; after all, our motto is “IGLA: Where every girl plays!”

IGLA offers Pink (beginner) Leagues, and encourages intermediate players to join Lakeshore Rec for a more competitive offering! IGLA pink consists of weekly practices and Sunday games. IGLA also offers preseason clinics designed for girls new to the sport to give it a try and for current players to “bust the rust”.

IGLA operates leagues in the Fall and Spring Seasons across more than 10 Chicagoland locations.

IGLA was created to offer all girls the opportunity to learn and play the sport of lacrosse. Your support will help bring lacrosse to more communities throughout Illinois and ensure another 10 years of educating girls in the skill, knowledge, sportsmanship, and love of the sport.

IGLA league fees cover only a portion of the program expenses; your donation will help ensure that all girls will have the opportunity to learn and play lacrosse with IGLA.
