Nutrition at 10 am on September 11th for all Lakeshore Players
and Parents. Sport Fuel is a local company devoted to nutrition and

Lakeshore Select is a local club league, with seasons in the summer and fall, designed for the serious junior high and high school lacrosse player in the Chicagoland area. Tryouts for the Summer Season occur in Late April & Early May and for the Fall Season in late July & early August! Check out our site for more information and mark you calendar for try-outs!
